Is an online price 'all inclusive'? | |
Prices quoted online are for cash payments only. If you would like to pay by card there is currently £3.80 flat fee at the top of the 'cash' price. Prices quoted over the phone may and usually are higher. For booking made well in advance (eg 2months in advance) which have not been prepaid by card we reserve the right to review/change the price. Before it happens we will contact a customer first and inform about a change in price. |

Where/How do I meet my driver? | |
A driver will meet you by the Airport Information desk. If you come out to the main arrivals hall and you have difficulties with finding your driver call us on +44 2084 070 070 and we will find out where your driver is. If you ordered a MiniBUS if a driver cannot find a space to park at Overheight Vehicle Car Park he will try to call/text your mobile/ number and set the meeting point outside a terminal at the pick up zone. |

When will I meet my driver? | |
| Driver will go into a terminal building approx. ~30 minutes after confirmed time of landing and wait for you by the airport information desk holding a signboard with your or your comany name. If you stated you have no luggage to collect (no check-in bags) it can be as soon as 15 minutes after confirmed of landing. | ||

How and when do I pay for the service? Do you accept card payments? | |
CASH: You may pay by cash (to your driver), on the end of your journey. CARD: We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. Once your booking is confirmed we will send you a link to online payment system. There is a non-refundable, flat fee of £3.80 for all card payments. If paying by card- payment should be made at least 24h prior the journey. |

How does your Quick Quote & Booking Sytem work? | |

Do I have to book in advance? | |
